Yesterday was an 'Africa Day'

I wasn't feeling well so just wanted to stay inside and rest all day, but....
the hot water heater in the back bathroom is leaking. No problem. I'll just get a wrench and tighten the bolt. The bolt BROKE!! Water spewing all in the bathroom. The only shut off valve is the one to the whole house which is outside...so I shut off the water. I'll call the plumber. But first I have to go to the ATM machine to get out cash so I can pay him. I have to get out of the house!!! I DON'T FEEL GOOD!! Tears started streaming down my face.

I went to the bank, got the cash. The bills are too large! I have to go inside now and get change because the plumber will not have change. I was told to go to the counter. The man at the counter told me to take a ticket and sit and wait.
(#22). No one else has a number. I waited...got my change...went home...crying.
Called the plumber and rested until he showed up. He came in and assessed the problem then left again to get a hose. I rested until he showed up again to change the hose.

Hot water is fixed now I just have to pay him. I searched everywhere for my billfold...searched 3 times. GREAT!! No way he could have stolen it. I kept my eyes on him most of the time because I heard of the plumber stealing a computer just a few weeks ago. I dug around in my purse again...no billfold. I did find a bill though and hoped he had change. He did. I searched the house twice again...every room...no billfold. I don't feel good!! I checked the truck for the third time...this time from the other side door and there it was.

I thanked God then went back to lay down for a short time. It would have been much simpler if I could use a check.
